Steve Jobs

Steve Jobs was an American entrepreneur and inventor who co-founded Apple Inc. Born on February 24, 1955, in San Francisco, California, Jobs was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs shortly after his birth. While he was attending Reed College in Portland, Oregon, Jobs met Steve Wozniak, and the two became close friends. Together, they founded Apple Computer Inc. in 1976. Jobs’s creative vision, leadership, and innovative products revolutionized the technology industry. He introduced the Macintosh, iPod, iPhone, and iPad, and transformed the music, mobile, and computing industries. Despite being fired from Apple in 1985, Jobs returned to the company in 1997 and helped it become one of the world’s most valuable companies. Jobs was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2003 and passed away on October 5, 2011, at the age of 56. His legacy continues to inspire entrepreneurs, technologists, and creatives worldwide.
