An introduction that adequately and completely introduces the topic followed by a claim. Introduction clearly introduces the topic and presents a claim related to animal testing during the Space Race.
A claim written as a complete sentence, that makes a clear point that can be supported by evidence. Claim is a complete sentence that clearly states a point supported by evidence throughout the essay.
2 body paragraphs that support the claim with reasons which are backed by evidence. Two body paragraphs provide clear reasons supported by evidence that align with the claim.
1 body paragraph that includes a counterclaim that you refute. One body paragraph presents a counterclaim related to animal testing during the Space Race and effectively refutes it.
A conclusion that restates your claim and reasons. Conclusion effectively restates the claim and reasons presented in the essay.
