???? PINKALICIOUS Explores the Butterfly Biosphere!

Welcome to the Butterfly Biosphere!

Have you ever been to a place filled with butterflies and moths? The butterfly biosphere is a magical place where you can see all sorts of colorful butterflies flying around. It’s like a big garden just for butterflies!

What Do Butterflies Eat?

Inside the butterfly biosphere, there are lots of plants and special feeders. These feeders have yummy nectar for the butterflies to drink. Nectar is like a sweet juice that butterflies love. There are also overripe bananas and fermented oranges for them to munch on. Butterflies think these fruits are super tasty!

A Magical Waterfall and Fairy Village

There’s a beautiful waterfall surrounded by a tiny fairy village. Sometimes, butterflies fly right up to the little fairy houses. It’s like a scene from a fairy tale! Have you ever seen a blue morpho butterfly? They are big and bright blue, and you might spot one flying around here!

Beetles and More!

Besides butterflies, you might also see some beetles crawling around. Beetles are another kind of insect that lives in the biosphere. They have hard shells and come in many colors.

Join the Adventure!

There are so many amazing things to see in the butterfly biosphere. If you love butterflies and nature, this is the perfect place for you. Keep exploring and discovering new things about these wonderful creatures!

  1. Have you ever seen a butterfly in your garden or at a park? What did it look like, and what was it doing?
  2. If you could create your own magical place for butterflies, what would it look like? What kind of plants and animals would you include?
  3. Why do you think butterflies like sweet things like nectar and fruit? Can you think of any other animals that like sweet foods?
  1. Butterfly Snack Time: Create your own butterfly feeder at home! With the help of an adult, mix some sugar and water to make a sweet nectar. Pour it into a shallow dish and place it outside in your garden or on a balcony. Observe if any butterflies come to visit. What colors are they? How many different kinds can you spot?

  2. Butterfly Art: Draw or paint your favorite butterfly from the biosphere. Use bright colors and try to remember the patterns you saw in the video. You can also create a butterfly using colored paper and scissors. Once you’re done, share your artwork with your family and tell them what you learned about butterflies.

  3. Butterfly Detective: Next time you go for a walk in a park or garden, become a butterfly detective! Look for butterflies and other insects like beetles. How many different insects can you find? What are they doing? Write down or draw what you see in a little notebook. This will help you remember your discoveries and share them with your classmates.
