Before you begin assembling your activity gym and saucer, gather a Philips head screwdriver and three AA batteries. Make sure you have all the parts by checking them against the diagram in your instruction manual.
To assemble the activity gym, start by locating the playmat (part number 16) and the two playmat hubs (part number 17). Unfold the playmat and position the hubs on either side, ensuring the arrows point towards the baby’s head. Thread the straps through the hub holes and secure them by opening the tabs.
Next, install the batteries in the toy bar. Find the battery compartment on the back of the toy bar, remove the door with your screwdriver, and insert the batteries. Test the power to ensure it’s working, then close the compartment and tighten the screw.
Attach the toy bar by snapping it into the slots near the arrows on the playmat hubs, with the mirror aligned with the arrows. Remember, the toy bar fits only when oriented correctly. Add the fish stalk with beads (part number 11) and the Bendy Leaf teether (part number 12) to the remaining slots on the hubs.
To assemble the saucer, begin with the base. Locate the three cover plates (part number 2) and snap them inside the base (part number 1). Insert the three-leg play surface supports (part number 3) into the base, ensuring the straight bottom snaps in and the grooved top with a button aligns correctly. Check that all legs are at the same height and tabs are properly inserted.
Next, find the play surface (part number 4) and remove the seat carrier (part number 13) by pressing the tabs underneath. Attach the play surface to the base by aligning the leg slots and pressing down until you hear a click. Attach the three toy sockets (part number 5) to the play surface.
Now, add the toys and toy bar by snapping them into the designated slots on the play surface. Use the picture on the box or manual for guidance on the order of attachment.
To transfer the toy bar between the playmat and saucer, press the release buttons on the toy bar connectors and gently wiggle and pull up to detach. Repeat the process to reattach.
To attach the seat, locate the seat carrier (part number 13) and the six wheels (part number 14). Flip the seat carrier upside down and snap the wheels into the slots. Then, find the fabric seat (part number 15) and align the warning label with the arrow on the seat carrier. Slip the fabric over the edges and secure it using the loops and hooks inside the seat carrier. There are eight fastening points. Snap the seat into the center of the saucer, allowing it to rotate 360°.
If the seat isn’t spinning, check for obstructions between the seat carrier and the saucer play surface.
To use the phone music device mode, open the compartment door under the toy bar’s battery compartment by pressing the release tab. Connect the provided audio input cord to your phone or music device’s headphone jack. Switch the power to the phone icon and test the audio. Place your device in the compartment with the screen facing the window and close the door. Adjust the volume through your device.
