All the chickens are back in their pen. Bok, bok, bok!

Wasn’t that fun? You did a great job playing with the chickens!

  • What was your favorite chicken adventure from the story, and why did you like it the most?
  • Can you think of a time when you did something silly or fun like the chickens? What did you do?
  • If you could create your own chicken adventure, what would it be? What would the chickens do?
  1. Chicken Counting Adventure: Let’s make a chicken counting book! Draw 10 chickens on separate pieces of paper. Number each chicken from 1 to 10. Can you arrange them in order from 1 to 10? Once you’ve done that, mix them up and try again. You can also color each chicken in different colors. Share your colorful chicken book with your friends and family!

  2. Chicken Dance Party: Let’s have a chicken dance party! Gather your friends or family and choose your favorite chicken dance from the video, like the “Chicken Jive” or “Chicken Shake.” Play some music and dance like a chicken. Can you come up with your own chicken dance move? Show your new dance to everyone and see if they can do it too!

  3. Chicken Observation Walk: Go on a walk with an adult and look for things that remind you of chickens. Maybe you’ll see a bird, a feather, or something that makes a “bok, bok, bok” sound. Draw or take pictures of what you find. When you get back, share your discoveries and talk about how they remind you of the chickens from the video.
