Stretching Our Hands

Let’s have some fun with our hands! Hold up your right hand and wiggle your five fingers. Now, stretch your hand to the left side. Great job! Now, hold up your left hand and wiggle those five fingers. Stretch this hand to the right side. Can you feel the stretch? Awesome!

Counting Fun

Now, let’s use our bodies and brains to count by fives. Ready? Here we go:

5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100!

Stepping with Our Toes

Let’s get our feet moving! Start with your right foot and wiggle your five toes. Step to the left. Now, wiggle the five toes on your left foot and step to the right. Lift each leg up high like you’re stepping over a big puddle. You’re doing great!
