Reach Up High

First, let’s reach our hands up to the sky and crisscross them. Count with me: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Great job!

Bend and Squat

Now, let’s bend our knees and do some squats. Keep counting: 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. You’re doing awesome!

Pump Those Arms

Let’s pump our muscles with arm curls. Count along: 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30. Feel those muscles getting stronger!

Swim and Stroke

Imagine you’re swimming in the water. Move your arms and shoulders: 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40. Splash, splash!

Step and Switch

Step your left leg to the right and your right leg to the left. Keep counting: 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50. Keep moving!

Scissor Arms

Now, let’s move our arms out front like scissors. Count with me: 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60. Snip, snip!

Bunny Hops

Hop like a bunny from side to side. Let’s count: 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70. Boing, boing!

Row Your Boat

Put your hands together and row side to side. Count along: 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80. Row, row, row your boat!

Climb Up High

Move your legs and arms like you’re climbing a mountain. Keep counting: 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90. Almost there!

Jog in Place

Let’s jog in place and finish strong. Count to the end: 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100. You did it!

Cool Down

Wow, you counted all the way to 100 while moving your body! Take a deep breath and cool down. Way to go, superstar!
