  1. Crayon Hunt: Go on a crayon hunt around your home or classroom. Find six different crayons and line them up. Can you count them out loud? Try mixing them up and counting them again. How many different ways can you arrange your crayons?

  2. Number Six Art: Use your six crayons to draw a picture that includes six of something. It could be six stars in the sky, six flowers in a garden, or six fish in the sea. Share your drawing with a friend or family member and count the items together.

  3. Counting in Nature: Next time you go outside, look for groups of six in nature. Can you find six leaves, six rocks, or six sticks? Count them out loud and see how many groups of six you can find. Take a picture or draw what you find to share with the class.
