Welcome to the world of dinosaurs! Today, we’re going to learn about some amazing dinosaurs and how to help them with something important. Let’s have fun together!

Potty Training a Dinosaur

Imagine you have a dinosaur as a pet. Wow, that would be exciting! But, just like us, dinosaurs need to learn how to use the potty. Here’s how you can help them:

  • Find a potty that’s just the right size for your dinosaur friend.
  • Teach them to know when it’s time to go. You might need to remind them often!
  • Show them how to wipe, flush, and wash their claws. It’s a bit tricky with their tiny arms!
  • Sometimes, dinosaurs might not want to stop playing to go potty. Remind them that their toys will still be there when they get back.
  • Celebrate when they do a good job! Everyone loves a high-five or a treat.

Remember, practice makes perfect. Soon, your dinosaur will be a potty pro!

  • Imagine you have a dinosaur as a pet. What would you name your dinosaur, and what fun activities would you do together?
  • Think about the different dinosaurs we learned about. Which one is your favorite and why? What do you think it would be like to see one in real life?
  • Have you ever had to learn something new, like the dinosaurs learning to use the potty? How did you feel when you finally learned it, and who helped you along the way?
  1. Dinosaur Potty Training Role Play: Pretend you have a dinosaur toy that needs to learn how to use the potty. Set up a small area with a toy potty and practice the steps of potty training with your dinosaur. Remember to remind your dinosaur when it’s time to go, and celebrate when they do it right! This will help you understand the importance of routines and practice.

  2. Dinosaur Observation Walk: Go on a walk in your backyard or a park and pretend you are a dinosaur explorer. Look for plants that a Brachiosaurus or a Stegosaurus might like to eat. Can you find something that looks like a Triceratops horn or a Stegosaurus plate? Draw or collect these items and share your findings with your friends or family.

  3. Guess the Dinosaur Game: With a friend or family member, take turns describing a dinosaur without saying its name. Use clues like “I have three horns” or “I have a long neck.” See if the other person can guess which dinosaur you are describing. This game will help you remember the different features of each dinosaur.

How to potty train a dinosaur.

[Music]

Here comes the airplane! We all know having a dinosaur is hard work, and cleaning up dino messes in the backyard is far from fun. We even tried diapers, but those were quite a challenge!

So, how do you potty train a dinosaur?

[Music]

First, find a potty just their size. Then, teach them how to know when it’s time to go. You might even have to set them on the potty every so often until they learn.

Now, teach them to wipe, which can sometimes be tricky with their tiny arms. Make sure they flush and wash their claws. Sometimes dinosaurs won’t want to go potty when they’re playing and having fun, but just remind them that the toys will still be there when they get back.

Make sure to reward their success! Good job! There may be accidents now and then, but be patient.

Congratulations! They’ll get the hang of it. You did it!
