Flag Scavenger Hunt: With the help of an adult, go on a scavenger hunt around your home or neighborhood to find objects that match the colors of the flags you’ve learned about. For example, find something red for Denmark or something blue for Finland. Make a list of the items you find and see how many flags you can match!
Flag Story Time: Pick one of the flags from the lesson and imagine a story about it. What adventures might the flag have if it could travel? Where would it go, and what would it see? Draw a picture or write a short story about the flag’s journey and share it with your family or friends.
