  • What is your favorite fruit from the ones we learned about, and why do you like it so much?
  • Can you think of a time when you tried a new fruit? How did it taste, and did you like it?
  • If you could create a new fruit by mixing two of the fruits we talked about, which ones would you choose, and what would you call it?
  1. Fruit Color Hunt: Go on a fruit color hunt at home or in the grocery store. Can you find fruits that match the colors of the rainbow? Try to find a red fruit, an orange fruit, a yellow fruit, a green fruit, a blue or purple fruit, and a pink fruit. Draw a picture of the fruits you find and share it with your friends or family!

  2. Fruit Taste Test: With the help of an adult, try tasting different fruits from the list. Close your eyes and see if you can guess the fruit just by tasting it. Talk about how each fruit tastes. Is it sweet, sour, or juicy? Which one is your favorite and why?

  3. Fruit Story Time: Imagine you are a fruit! Choose your favorite fruit and create a short story about a day in the life of that fruit. What adventures do you have? Who are your fruit friends? Draw a picture to go along with your story and share it with your class.
