Thank you for joining our fun learning adventure! See you next time!
Animal Clock Adventure: Create your own clock using a paper plate and some craft supplies. Draw numbers on the plate and use a brad to attach clock hands made from cardboard. Now, choose your favorite animals and act out the “Hickory Dickory Dock” rhyme. Let each child take turns being the animal that climbs up the clock. What sound does the clock make when it strikes? Can you make up your own verse with a new animal?
Days of the Week Dance: Let’s make learning the days of the week fun with a dance! Create a simple dance move for each day. For example, clap your hands on Sunday, stomp your feet on Monday, and so on. As you dance, say the days of the week in order. Can you think of something special you do on each day? Share with the class!
Ants on a March: Go outside and observe ants or any other small creatures. Watch how they move and what they do. Can you create a story about where the ants are going and what they might be carrying? Draw a picture of your story and share it with your friends. How many ants can you count in your picture?
Sure! Here’s a sanitized version of the transcript:
