Welcome to a fun drawing adventure! Today, we are going to learn how to draw a silly and spooky zombie sandwich. Grab your crayons, pencils, or markers, and let’s get started!
First, let’s draw the bottom slice of bread. Draw a straight line near the bottom of your paper. This will be the base of your sandwich. Make it as wide as you want your sandwich to be.
Next, draw the sides of the bread. Make two lines going up from the ends of the base line, curving them a little at the corners. Now, draw a bump on one side and connect it back to the side. Do the same on the other side, but leave a little space to show where bites have been taken. Draw U-shaped curves in the gap to show the bites.
To make your bread look 3D, draw a curve from the top of the bread down to the side. Then, draw another side by making a diagonal line and a vertical line. Connect the tops with U shapes to finish the look.
Now, let’s add some yummy ingredients! Start with tomatoes by drawing small curves at the top of your sandwich. Add as many as you like!
Next, draw lettuce by making wiggly lines on each side of the sandwich. You can add some at the bottom too.
For cheese, draw a corner piece at the bottom and extend it to the side. Add U shapes to show bites taken out of the cheese.
Don’t forget the bottom slice of bread! Draw another diagonal line to match the first piece, and add U shapes at the top for bites. To make it look more 3D, add a little bump for the crust and connect it with U shapes to the cheese.
Now, let’s make it a zombie sandwich! Draw two ovals for the eyes and add scary curves underneath. Leave the pupils white to make them spooky.
For the mouth, draw a smile shape and add bumps on top to look like a tongue. Connect the sides with an upside-down U shape.
To make your sandwich even scarier, draw worms coming out of it. Use S curves to make the worms and connect them with U shapes at the ends. Add slime by drawing wiggly lines around the sandwich to show zombie slobber.
You can also add spots on the bread to make it look moldy and even more yucky!
Draw short lines for the legs and simple arms coming out from the sandwich. Add fingers by drawing small lines at the ends of the arms.
Once your drawing is done, color it in! Add texture lines to the worms and color the inside of the eyelids red for a spooky effect.
Your zombie sandwich is now ready! Feel free to add more details or change the colors to make it your own. We hope you had fun with this drawing activity and encourage you to keep exploring your creativity. Happy drawing!
Sandwich Ingredient Hunt: Go on a fun scavenger hunt in your kitchen! Look for ingredients that you would like to put in your own sandwich. Can you find something red like tomatoes or something green like lettuce? Once you have your ingredients, draw your own sandwich using these items. How would your sandwich look if it turned into a zombie sandwich?
3D Bread Experiment: Use modeling clay or playdough to create a 3D version of the bread slices from the lesson. Try to make the bread look like it has bites taken out of it, just like in the drawing. How does making a 3D model help you understand the drawing steps better?
Zombie Sandwich Story: Imagine your zombie sandwich comes to life! Write a short story about what adventures it might have. Where does it go? Who does it meet? Share your story with a friend or family member and see if they can draw a picture of your zombie sandwich adventure.
