Today, we’re going on a fun drawing adventure to create our very own Egyptian king and queen. Grab your paper and something to draw with, and let’s get started!
First, let’s draw the heads of our king and queen. Make two U shapes next to each other. These will be their faces.
Now, let’s give them eyes! Draw small circles inside each U shape. Add little smiles under the eyes to make them look happy. Color in the eyes but leave a tiny spot white to make them shiny.
Since we’re drawing a queen, let’s add eyelashes to her eyes. Both the king and queen need eyebrows, so draw small curves above their eyes.
Time to make their headdresses! For the king, draw a curve over his head and add diagonal lines on the sides. Add an S curve on each side and a jewel in the middle.
For the queen, draw a jewel in the center and an upside-down U shape for her hair. Extend her headdress on both sides and connect it to the U shape.
Let’s draw the queen’s body. Start with a thick necklace around her neck and add a U shape to connect the lines. Draw her dress with two diagonal lines that meet at the bottom. Add her sandals as two small U shapes and a belt with two lines and a V shape in the center.
Now, let’s give the queen her arms. Draw diagonal lines from her shoulders to her body. Add bracelets by drawing two lines on each arm. Finish her hair by connecting it to her arms and add more jewelry with curves from her hair.
Now it’s the king’s turn! Draw diagonal lines from his headdress down to match the queen’s height. Add a belt around his waist and connect the lines at the bottom to create a wrap. Draw his sandals as two small U shapes and a necklace like the queen’s with a jewel in the center.
Just like the queen, the king needs arms. Draw diagonal lines from his shoulders and curve them at the ends. Add bracelets to match the queen’s jewelry.
Great job! You’ve drawn your Egyptian king and queen. Now, let’s add some color. Use markers, crayons, oil pastels, or colored pencils—whatever you like!
To make your drawing even better, add a background. You could draw pyramids or other things from ancient Egypt.
We hope you had a fantastic time drawing your Egyptian king and queen! Remember, every drawing is special, and the most important thing is to have fun and keep practicing. Happy drawing, and see you next time!
