Today, we’re going to learn how to draw a super cute flying elephant named Dumbo! Get your markers, paper, and coloring tools ready, and let’s have some fun!
Let’s start with Dumbo’s eyes. Draw two small circles next to each other. Inside each circle, add a tiny circle at the top. Color the big circles, but leave the tiny ones white. This makes Dumbo’s eyes look shiny!
Now, let’s draw Dumbo’s nose. Make an “S” shape that goes down, up, and down again. At the end, draw a small backward “C.” Inside the “C,” draw a number “6” for his nostrils. Add another “S” line that gets thicker near his face. Draw two little lines on top for wrinkles and a small “U” shape under his nose for his mouth. Don’t forget to add a tongue and the bottom of his lip!
For Dumbo’s head, draw an upside-down “U.” Add little curves for his cheeks that connect to his nose and mouth. Above each eye, draw two small lines for extra detail.
Let’s draw Dumbo’s body now. Start with a clown collar around his neck. Draw two lines going out on each side, then connect them with a wiggly line. Add another wiggly line above it. Draw Dumbo sitting by making two lines for his body. For his feet, draw a curve that goes around and back up. On the other side, draw another curve that overlaps the first foot. Add three little bumps on each foot for his toes.
For Dumbo’s back legs, draw two ovals pointing out. Connect them with a curve at the top of each foot. Draw small knees on each side and add little lines for wrinkles.
Now, let’s draw Dumbo’s big flying ears! Draw an “S” line that goes down, up, and down again. Connect the ear to his body with a line. Inside the ear, draw another line that starts thick and gets thinner. Do the same on the other side for the second ear.
Time to add Dumbo’s hat! Draw two lines from his head and connect them. Then, draw a curve on top that bends down and back in.
Now that you’ve drawn Dumbo, it’s time to color him! Use gray for his body and a darker gray for shadows under his collar. Feel free to use your favorite colors and have fun!
