See You Next Time!

Thanks for joining us today! We had so much fun learning about different jobs. See you next time for more exciting adventures!

  • What job from the video or article do you think is the most interesting, and why do you like it?
  • Can you think of a job that someone in your family or community does? What do you think is special about their job?
  • If you could create a new job that doesn’t exist yet, what would it be and what would you do in that job?
  1. Role Play Time: Choose one of the jobs we learned about and pretend to be that person for a day! You can dress up like them and act out what they do. For example, if you choose to be a chef, you can pretend to cook a meal using toy kitchen sets or real ingredients with the help of an adult. What tools do you think you would need for your job?

  2. Job Matching Game: Create a set of cards with pictures of different tools or items related to each job (like a wrench for a mechanic or a paintbrush for a painter). Mix them up and try to match each tool with the correct job. Can you think of any other tools that might be used in these jobs?

  3. Community Helpers Walk: Take a walk around your neighborhood or school and try to spot people doing different jobs. Can you find a gardener, a janitor, or a painter? What are they doing? How do their jobs help our community? Share your observations with your friends or family!
