Thanks for coming along on our food adventure. See you next time!

  • What is your favorite food from the adventure, and why do you like it so much? Can you describe what it tastes like?
  • If you could create your own special meal with any foods you want, what would you include? Why did you choose those foods?
  • Have you ever tried a new food that you were surprised to like? What was it, and how did it make you feel to try something new?
  1. Food Art Creation: Let’s use our imagination and create our own food art! Gather some colorful paper, scissors, glue, and crayons. Try to make a picture of your favorite meal using these materials. You can cut out shapes for a hamburger, pizza, or even spaghetti. Once you’re done, share your food art with your friends and tell them why you chose those foods. What ingredients did you use in your art?

  2. Food Exploration Walk: Take a walk around your kitchen or a local grocery store with an adult. Look for the different foods mentioned in our adventure, like hamburgers, french fries, or spaghetti. Can you find all of them? Talk about what each food is made from and where it might come from. How many different foods can you find that you haven’t tried before?

  3. Food Story Time: Let’s create a story about a food adventure! Think about a day when you and your friends go on a journey to find the best pizza or the sweetest donut. What happens on your adventure? Who do you meet along the way? Draw pictures to go with your story and share it with your family. What was the most exciting part of your food adventure?
