In today’s lesson, we learned how to draw the number six while incorporating fun elements like eyes, a mouth, hands, and feet using various colors. We used black for the eyes, yellow for the feet, tan for the hands, orange for the number itself, and brown for outlining, encouraging creativity and personal expression. The lesson emphasized that perfection isn’t necessary—what matters is having fun and enjoying the drawing process!

Let’s Draw the Number Six!

Hello, friends! Today, we’re going to have fun drawing the number six. It’s a special character from “Meet the Numbers.” You can find more fun activities and videos on the Kids Club website. Let’s get started!

Colors We Will Use

We will need these colors: black, yellow, tan (or light brown), pink, orange, and brown. You can use markers, colored pencils, crayons, or paint—whatever you like!

Drawing the Eyes

First, let’s use the black color to draw the eyes. Draw one big circle and then another big circle. It’s okay if they’re not perfect! Inside each big circle, draw a small circle for the shiny part of the eyes. Now, color them in.

Drawing the Mouth

Next, let’s draw a happy mouth. Make a little flat “U” shape for a smile. You can make a surprised or frowny face if you want, but smiles are fun!

Drawing the Feet

Now, let’s use yellow for the feet. Draw two little half-circles at the bottom. Remember, it doesn’t have to be perfect. This is your special drawing!

Drawing the Hands

Let’s use the tan color for the hands. Draw a line and then make a little almond shape for each hand. Do the same on the other side. Then, color them in.

Coloring the Number Six

Now, let’s use orange to color the whole number six. If you know the “Meet the Colors” videos, you might remember orange!

Outlining with Brown

Finally, let’s use brown to outline the inside and outside of the number six. You can also outline the hands and feet. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just have fun!

Finishing Touches

Draw a circle inside the six and then a smaller circle inside that one. Color it in. Ta-da! You did it!

Your Masterpiece

Now you can cut it out or write your name on it to show everyone your amazing artwork. That was fun!

Hello friends! Today we’re going to learn how to draw the “Meet the Numbers” character, six. You can download the template I’m using from the Kids Club website, where you’ll find more exclusive how-to-draw videos and other fun activities. Let’s begin!

The colors that we’re going to use are black, yellow, tan (or light brown), pink, orange, and brown. You can use markers, colored pencils, crayons, or paint—whatever you want! You can still follow along, and we will get the same results.

Now let’s start with the black color. First, we’re going to draw the eyes. We’ll draw one big circle here and another big circle here. It doesn’t have to be perfect! Then, draw another small circle inside each for the glare of the eyes. Now we fill that in.

Next, we’ll work on the mouth. Let’s draw a little flat “U” shape for a smiley face. You can choose to make a surprised face or a frowny face if you prefer, but I like smiley faces because they make everyone smile!

Now we’ll put the black color away and move on to yellow. This will be for the feet. We’re going to draw two little half-circles at the bottom for the feet. It doesn’t have to be perfect because this is your creation—your drawing! It’s going to be your masterpiece that you can hang on your bedroom door, wall, or refrigerator. You can even cut it out and create a little puppet show!

Now that we’ve colored in the feet, we’re going to move on to the tan color for the hands. The hands can be a little tricky, but bear with me, and we will do this together. We’ll draw a line here and then create a little almond shape for the hand. We’ll do the same thing on the other side, drawing another almond shape for the hand and then the arm. Then we can fill it in.

Next, we’re going to use orange. If you’ve seen the “Meet the Colors” videos, you are familiar with orange! We will fill in the entire six character with this color. I’ll fast forward this part so you don’t have to watch me color the entire thing.

Now that we’re all done, we’re going to move on to the last color. Can you guess what color it is? That’s right—it’s brown! Brown is actually going to be one of our newest “Meet the Colors” characters. We’ll outline the inside of the six all the way around. It doesn’t have to be perfect, and while we’re here, you can outline the hands as well.

Next, we’ll outline the outside of the six. If you have the template, you can follow along with the outline. It does not have to be perfect because once we’re done, it’s going to look amazing! Then we’ll fill in the outside of the six with brown. Look at that—it’s coming together!

Now we have one more step: the feet! Go ahead and outline the yellow feet with brown. I like to do a couple of passes to make sure that the line is nice and bold.

Finally, we’ll draw the circle inside the six and then the smaller circle inside, and fill it in. Ta-da! You did it!

Now you can either cut it out or put your name on it to make sure everyone knows that you drew and colored this masterpiece.

That was fun! For more exclusive videos like this one, you can visit us at the Kids Club website. Join today, and I’ll see you in the next video. Goodbye! For more fun videos, like, subscribe, and hit the bell notification!
