Lesson Activities

  1. Number Hunt Adventure: Go on a number hunt around your home or classroom! Look for objects that match the numbers you’ve learned. Can you find one apple, two pencils, or three books? Count them out loud and share what you found with a friend or family member.

  2. Number Art: Create a piece of art using the numbers one to nine. Use crayons, markers, or colored pencils to draw each number. Next to each number, draw something that represents that number, like one sun, two stars, or three trees. Display your artwork for everyone to see!

  3. Story Time with Numbers: Make up a short story using the numbers you’ve learned. For example, “Once upon a time, there was one tiger named Tinker who met two turtles and three birds.” Share your story with a friend or family member and ask them to create their own number story!
