In this lesson, you will learn how to have fun with your friends and be creative, just like Little Cloud and his pals! You will discover how teamwork can help solve problems, and how even small things can make a big difference in our adventures. By the end, you’ll be excited to think of new ways to play and help others, just like Little Cloud did during the picnic and in the woods!
One day, a friendly robot was working on a new invention. He was using a special tool called a wrench. He was very happy because his invention was almost ready!
Nearby, some friends were planning a picnic. They asked Mr. Dow if he wanted to join them. Mr. Dow was very busy, but he had a surprise for them. He gave them a big, fluffy cotton candy. It looked just like a little clown!
During the picnic, something magical happened. A little cloud appeared! This cloud was very special. It could do amazing things, like absorb steam from warm soup. The steam disappeared, and everyone was amazed!
One of the friends, Kiki, was very excited about the little cloud. She showed everyone what the cloud could do. The cloud was like a little helper, making everything more fun!
Later, Mr. Dow came back. He wanted to take his invention back. But he was surprised to see a vacuum cleaner in the woods. The friends used it to pick fruit from the trees. It was a clever idea!
Just when they needed help, the little cloud came to the rescue again. But then, it disappeared. Everyone was sad, but then they saw the little cloud again, floating happily in the sky.
We learned that friends can have fun together, and sometimes, magical things can happen. Little Cloud showed us how to be helpful and creative. Remember, even small things can make a big difference!
Next time you see a cloud in the sky, think of Little Cloud and all the fun adventures you can have with your friends!
Cloud Observation Walk: Take a walk outside and look up at the sky. Can you find any clouds that look like Little Cloud? What shapes do you see? Draw a picture of your favorite cloud shape and share it with your friends. Talk about how clouds can change shapes and what they might look like if they were helping you like Little Cloud did in the story.
Steam Experiment: With the help of an adult, watch how steam rises from a warm cup of soup or a kettle. Imagine how Little Cloud might absorb the steam. Try to catch the steam with a spoon or a lid and see how it disappears. Discuss what happens to the steam and where it might go, just like Little Cloud did.
Creative Cloud Craft: Use cotton balls to create your own Little Cloud. Glue them onto a piece of paper and draw a scene around it. What adventure is your Little Cloud having? Is it helping someone or making something fun happen? Share your story with your classmates and see what adventures they imagined for their clouds.
