Welcome to Our Fun Adventure!

Hi there! Are you ready for a fun adventure? Let’s explore and learn together!

Zooming Cars and a Helpful Tow Truck

Once upon a time, there were five little cars having a race. Vroom, vroom! But oh no, one car got a flat tire! The mechanic called the tow truck, and the tow truck said, “No more racing for the little car.” Now there are four little cars racing. Can you count them with me?

Meet the Garbage Truck

Look over there! It’s a garbage truck! It has a long arm and a big tummy. The garbage truck helps keep our streets clean by picking up trash. Yay for clean streets! Can you imagine what it would be like to drive a garbage truck?

Calling the Ambulance

Oh no, someone needs help! The ambulance is here to save the day. It has big wheels and goes super fast to take people to the hospital when they’re hurt. Remember, we call the ambulance only when there’s a real emergency. Can you say “ambulance” with me?

Planting an Apple Tree

Good morning! Look, Kiki is holding an apple sapling. Let’s plant it together! We water the sapling, and it grows tall. Shake the tree, and yummy apples fall down. Thanks to our vehicle friends, we can enjoy tasty apples. Do you like apples?

The Super Rescue Team

Oh no, there’s a fire in the woods! But don’t worry, the super rescue team is here! They have a big water tank to put out the fire. Everyone is safe now, thanks to the super rescue team. Hooray! Can you pretend to be a firefighter and help put out the fire?

Cleaning the Snowy Streets

Hi, I’m Kiki! It’s snowy today, and the streets are slippery. Let’s become street cleaners and sweep the snow away. Look how beautiful the clean street is! Kiki and Mew-Mew did a great job. Let’s give them medals! Can you help clean the street too?

Helping with a Crane and Tow Truck

Uh-oh, someone needs help! The crane is here to save the day. And if a car can’t start, the tow truck will help. Welcome to the repair shop, where everything gets fixed. Can you pretend to be a mechanic and fix a car?

Thanks for joining our adventure! We learned so much and had lots of fun. See you next time!

Discussion Questions

  • What was your favorite vehicle from the adventure, and why do you like it? Can you think of a time when you saw a vehicle like that in real life?
  • If you could drive any of the vehicles from the story, which one would you choose and what fun things would you do with it?
  • How do you think the vehicles help people in their everyday lives? Can you share a story about a time when you saw a vehicle helping someone?

Lesson Activities

  1. Car Race Counting Game: Let’s play a counting game with toy cars! Gather five toy cars and line them up for a race. Pretend one car gets a flat tire and needs a tow truck. Remove one car and count how many are left. Keep playing by adding or removing cars and counting them together. Can you make up a story about what happens to the cars during the race?

  2. Garbage Truck Adventure: Create a mini garbage truck using a small box or toy truck. Go on a pretend adventure around your home or classroom, picking up “trash” (small pieces of paper or toys). Talk about why it’s important to keep our environment clean. What other things can you do to help keep your surroundings tidy?

  3. Rescue Mission Role Play: Pretend to be part of the super rescue team! Use a small bucket of water or a spray bottle to “put out fires” (imaginary or drawn on paper). Discuss what other emergencies the rescue team might help with and how they keep people safe. What would you do if you were a firefighter or a paramedic?
