In this lesson, Echor the wizard invites friends on a fun adventure to restore order after a storm has mixed up various items in their environment. Through interactive questions, children learn where different objects belong, such as placing the roof on the house, branches on trees, wheels on a car, and the dog house in its proper spot. The lesson emphasizes teamwork and problem-solving, celebrating the children’s contributions to fixing everything together.
  1. Where does the roof go? Can you tell me why it belongs there?
  2. What do branches do for trees? Why are they important?
  3. Why do cars need wheels? What happens when they have them?

Welcome to Our Fun Adventure!

Hello, friends! I’m so happy you’re here. I’m Echor, and I’m a wizard with a magic wand. Last night, a big storm came and mixed everything up! Oh no! But don’t worry, we can fix it together. Are you ready to help me? Let’s go!

Where Does the Roof Go?

Look at all the things around us. Hmm, where should we put the roof? Do you think it belongs on top of the house? Yes, that’s right! The roof goes on the house to keep it safe and dry. Great job!

Branches and Trees

Now, let’s look at those branches. Where do you think they belong? Maybe on the tree? Yes, that’s perfect! Trees love their branches because they help them grow big and strong. Well done!

Finding the Car’s Wheels

Oh, look at the car! It’s missing something. Can you see what it needs? That’s right, it needs wheels! The car and the wheels belong together so it can zoom around. You’re doing amazing!

Placing the Dog House

Now, let’s find a spot for the dog house. Where should it go? I think it fits perfectly right here. Our furry friends will be so happy to have their cozy home back. Fantastic work!

We Did It!

Hooray! We fixed everything with our teamwork and magic. Thank you so much for helping me. You are all wonderful helpers. Until next time, bye-bye!

  • What was your favorite part of helping Echor fix everything after the storm? Why did you like it?
  • Can you think of a time when you helped someone fix or organize something? How did it make you feel?
  • If you had a magic wand like Echor, what would you use it for to help others or make things better?
  1. Build Your Own House: Gather some building blocks or use cardboard boxes to create your own house. Think about where the roof should go and why it’s important. Can you add windows and doors? Talk about how each part of the house helps keep it safe and cozy.

  2. Nature Walk and Observation: Go on a short walk outside with an adult and look for trees. Can you find branches? What do they look like? Try to spot different types of trees and see how their branches help them grow. Draw a picture of your favorite tree and its branches when you get back.

  3. Car and Wheels Matching Game: Use toy cars and separate the wheels from them. Mix them up and try to match the wheels back to the correct car. Talk about why wheels are important for cars and what happens when they don’t have wheels. Can you think of other things that need wheels to move?

Welcome to Kids Academy!

Oh my, just look at what happened! A terrible storm came through last night and mixed everything up. I’m Echor, and I’m a wizard. I’ll wave my magic wand and put things back together again. Do you want to help me?

Oh great! Where should we put the roof? Do you think it goes on the house? And those branches—maybe on that tree? Great! How about the car? Where does it belong? Hmm, I’m already scratching my head.

See those wheels? The car and the wheels belong together. Good work, everybody! And the dog house—I think we ought to put it right here.

The job is done! Thanks for helping me. Bye-bye!
