Hey there! Today, we’re going to have fun learning about some special letters called vowels. These vowels are: “a,” “e,” “i,” “o,” “u,” and sometimes “y.” Let’s meet them one by one!
First, we have the letter “a.” Can you say “a”? Great! Next is “e.” Give it a try! Then comes “i,” followed by “o,” and “u.” Sometimes, “y” likes to join the vowel party too!
Now that you know the vowels, you can also learn about other letters, numbers, shapes, and colors. There are so many exciting things to discover!

Vowel Hunt: Go on a vowel hunt around your home or classroom! Look for objects that start with each of the vowels: “a,” “e,” “i,” “o,” and “u.” Can you find something for each vowel? For example, “apple” for “a” or “umbrella” for “u.” Share what you find with your friends or family!
Vowel Sound Match: Create a set of cards with pictures of objects and another set with the vowel letters. Mix them up and try to match each picture with the correct vowel sound. For example, match a picture of an “egg” with the letter “e.” This will help you learn the sounds each vowel makes!
Vowel Song and Dance: Make up a fun song or dance about the vowels. You can sing the vowels in order and make up a dance move for each one. Invite your friends or family to join in and perform your vowel song and dance together. It’s a great way to remember the vowels and have fun at the same time!
