The Story of Two Friends

Meet Clara and Sal. Clara has black hair, and Sal has blonde hair. They are best friends who love to play. One day, there was a big snowstorm called a blizzard in their town. After the wind stopped, Clara and Sal put on their warm snow clothes and ran outside with their sleds.

Sal was the first to slide down the snowy hill. “My turn!” he shouted. Clara clapped her hands and then flew down the hill too. They went up and down, having so much fun! Finally, they lay down on the snow, feeling tired.

“I’m getting sleepy,” said Sal. “Let’s get a snack at my house,” Clara suggested. When they arrived, Clara’s mom had yummy cookies and milk ready for them. What a perfect day!
