Did you know there are many more fun videos to watch? You can learn even more by watching them. Keep exploring and having fun!

  • Have you ever been to a restaurant? What was your favorite part of the experience, and why?
  • If you could create your own menu, what three dishes would you include, and what would you call your restaurant?
  • Imagine you are a waiter for a day. How would you make sure your customers have a great time at your restaurant?
  1. Role-Playing Restaurant: Set up a pretend restaurant at home or in the classroom. Use toy dishes and play food. Take turns being the waiter, cook, and customer. Practice making a reservation, looking at a menu, ordering food, and serving it. This will help you remember the new words and understand how a restaurant works!

  2. Menu Creation: Create your own menu by drawing or cutting out pictures of your favorite foods and drinks. Write the names of the items next to the pictures. Share your menu with a friend or family member and take turns ordering from each other’s menus. This activity will help you learn how to use a menu and practice ordering.

  3. Observation Walk: Next time you visit a real restaurant, pay attention to the different roles and actions. Can you spot the waiter, the cook, and the menu? Notice how people order and how food is served. Talk about what you see with your family or friends. This will help you connect the words you learned to real-life experiences!
