Adam then had to solve a mystery involving a famous artist’s painting that was spoiled with black paint. The artist questioned his maid, gardener, and maintenance worker. Adam realized the maintenance worker was guilty because he mentioned black paint, which the artist hadn’t specified.
Adam encountered a glass of orange juice that seemed half full. To determine if it really was, he tilted the glass until the juice touched the rim. Since the bottom wasn’t visible, he concluded the glass was more than half full.
Next, Adam faced a tricky riddle: a man said, “The day before yesterday I was 34, and next year I’ll be 37.” Adam figured out the man’s birthday was on December 31st, and he was thinking about it on January 1st.
Adam watched two girls trapped in a basement with three doors: one with zombies, another with a fire, and the third with live electrical wires. Since the power was out, Adam advised them to choose the third door, as the wires were harmless.
Adam then had to choose between two doors, one with a dragon and the other with treasure. The signs on the doors were tricky, but Adam deduced that the treasure was in the second room.
In the last room, Adam found a note with a strange inscription. By turning it upside down, he read “south” and used a compass app on his phone to find the correct door.
Adam’s final challenge involved finding out who stole Ruth’s laptop. After questioning her neighbors, Adam noticed Jonathan’s car was covered in snow, proving he lied about being at work. Jonathan was the thief!
