Hello, friends! I’m Craig Tobi from Story Time with Ryan McGann, and I have some exciting updates to share with you. We have been busy bees, and there are some cool things happening!
First, we want to let you know that we will be taking a short break from making new read-aloud videos. Don’t worry, it’s just for a couple of weeks! During this time, Craig is going to explore the beautiful city of Barcelona, and I’m off to the amazing Amazon in Peru. We need this time to catch up on some projects and get ready for more fun adventures.
While we’re away, you can still enjoy our stories! We’ve put together a special playlist called “Story Time with Ryan and Craig Number One.” It has all 114 books we’ve read over the last two years. That’s a lot of stories to keep you entertained!
Guess what? We’re also working on a brand-new website! It’s going to have lots of cool stuff like photos, video links, a blog, and a section for news and updates. You’ll also find an “About Us” page with fun facts about Ryan and me, and an FAQ section where you can learn more about our book loan program and how to contact us.
We have another exciting plan! We’re thinking about going on tours across the country to read stories live. If your school would like us to visit, let us know, and we can try to make it happen!

Create Your Own Story Playlist: Just like Ryan and Craig have a playlist of their favorite stories, you can create your own! Choose three of your favorite books or stories and make a list. Share your playlist with a friend or family member and explain why you chose each story. You can even draw a picture for each story to make your playlist more colorful and fun!
Explore Your City: Craig is exploring Barcelona, and Ryan is visiting the Amazon. What interesting places are there in your city or town? With the help of an adult, make a list of three places you would like to explore. Visit one of these places and write a short paragraph or draw a picture about what you saw and learned.
Design a Website Page: Ryan and Craig are building a new website. Imagine you are creating a website about your favorite hobby or interest. Draw a picture of what the homepage would look like. What sections would you include? Maybe a photo gallery, a fun facts section, or a place to share your thoughts? Share your design with your class and explain your choices.

Over the next couple of weeks, we won’t be releasing any new read-aloud videos as we’re taking a short break. We’re not thrilled about this, but after discussing with management, we realized that due to our upcoming trips—Craig is heading to Barcelona, and I’m going to the Amazon in Peru—we need some time to catch up on our projects.
During this break, we’ve created a full playlist titled “Story Time with Ryan and Craig Number One,” which includes all 114 books we’ve read over the last two years. You can enjoy those while we’re away.
