Hello, friends! We are Ryan and Craig, and we are so excited to have you here with us. We love reading stories and sharing them with you. Today, we are just practicing, but soon we will have a fun story time together!
We are planning to read some amazing books for you on Tuesday, January 8th. We will start at 8 a.m. if you live on the West Coast, or 11 a.m. if you live on the East Coast. We hope you can join us!
We didn’t expect so many friends to join us today. Thank you for being here! We are learning how to make our story time the best it can be. We are happy to see you all and can’t wait to read stories with you soon.
We hope you are having a wonderful start to the new year. We are excited to spend time with you and share some of our favorite books.
We love making up silly songs! Here’s a little song just for you:
Wasn’t that fun? We love singing and being silly!
Thank you for joining us today. We are working hard to make sure everything is ready for our story time. We might need a special stand to hold our books so you can see them better.
We can’t wait to read with you on Tuesday! Thank you for your help and excitement. See you soon!
Make Your Own Story Time: Gather a few of your favorite books and invite your family or friends to join you for a story time at home. Take turns reading aloud and try to use different voices for the characters. After reading, talk about your favorite parts of the story and why you liked them. This will help you understand how fun and exciting story time can be!
Create a Silly Song: Just like Ryan and Craig, try making up your own silly song about something you love. It could be about your favorite toy, a pet, or even a fun day you had. Sing it to your family or friends and see if they can join in. This activity will help you explore creativity and the joy of sharing fun moments with others.
Story Time Observation: Next time you have story time, pay attention to how the reader uses their voice and expressions to make the story exciting. Try to notice how they hold the book and show the pictures. Afterward, discuss with your family or friends what you observed and how it made the story more enjoyable. This will help you learn how to make your own story times more engaging.

So we’re live! This is a test. It’s Ryan and Craig, story time. We weren’t really prepared for this. We’re planning to go live next Tuesday, more prepared than this. That’s the idea! We’ll probably have a book or two, but it’ll be Tuesday, January 8th at 8 a.m. Pacific.
It’s hard not to look at yourself!
Hey, everyone! This is just a test. We’re excited to see that we already have viewers. Thank you for joining us! We’re trying to figure this out. How did you guys see this? We don’t understand it.
Hello to everyone watching! My son loves your videos!
Oh, you guys got a notification? That’s great! We love that. We’re going to go live again and actually read a book and know exactly what we’re doing on Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. Pacific, 11 a.m. Eastern.
So anyway, this is just a test. Apparently, it’s a good thing we did this because we didn’t realize so many people were getting notifications. We thought we had to put out a video to notify you.
We’re in our gear because we thought, “Hey, let’s film a promo video for the live stream.” Then we decided to do this test.
Happy New Year, everyone!
For those who are just joining us, thank you! We appreciate you being here. This is a special moment because you saw the notification.
We’re excited to read some books for everyone on Tuesday, January 8th.
Can you sing us one of your silly songs? We don’t remember that song! Here’s the thing: we make up songs on the spot and then forget them instantly.
Okay, here’s a quick jingle:
“It’s Ryan and Craig, live streaming for the first time ever! We’re on the couch, wearing our shirts, and we’re going to read books next Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. Pacific, 11 a.m. Eastern!”
That was great!
Hey, Lucy! I love your books!
We’re figuring this all out. Hello from Hong Kong!
Wow, we have a lot of viewers now! We’re going to be prepared for Tuesday.
Thank you for your compliments!
We’re excited to read one or two books and figure out how to show them to you. We might need a tripod to hold the book up.
We’re going to work this out!
Thanks for your help, everyone! We appreciate your enthusiasm.
Alright, we’ll see you on Tuesday!
