Learning with ABCmouse

Hello! Let me tell you a fun story about a little girl named Logan. Logan is four years old, and she lives in a place called Waverly, Georgia. She loves to learn new things, and she has a special friend to help her—it’s called ABCmouse!

Discovering Letters and Words

When Logan started using ABCmouse, she was so excited! She learned all about letters, both big ones (uppercase) and small ones (lowercase). She even started to sound out words, which means she was beginning to read! Isn’t that amazing?

Fun Activities and Games

ABCmouse has lots of fun things to do. Logan enjoys playing puzzles, games, and coloring. It’s like a big adventure where she learns something new every day. One day, she surprised her mom by saying, “Mama, did you know that the sun is a star?” Wow, Logan was so proud of herself!

A Great Learning Friend

Logan’s mom thinks ABCmouse is the best friend for learning. It has everything a child needs to have fun while learning. It’s like a dream come true for parents who want their kids to learn and grow.

Join the Learning Adventure

Just like Logan, you can have fun learning too! With ABCmouse, you can explore letters, numbers, and even learn cool facts about the world. So, are you ready to start your learning adventure?

  • What is something new you have learned recently that made you feel proud, just like Logan felt when she learned about the sun being a star?
  • Logan uses ABCmouse to learn new things. Can you think of a fun way you like to learn, such as through games, books, or maybe even a special friend or family member who teaches you?
  • If you could teach ABCmouse something about your favorite hobby or interest, what would it be and why do you think it would be fun to learn about?
  1. Letter Hunt Adventure: Go on a letter hunt around your home or classroom! Look for objects that start with each letter of the alphabet. For example, find an apple for the letter “A” or a book for the letter “B”. Can you find something for every letter? Share your discoveries with a friend or family member.

  2. Sound Out Words Game: Pick a few simple words like “cat,” “dog,” or “sun.” Try to sound out each letter in the word and then say the whole word. You can use toys or drawings to match the words. For example, place a toy cat next to the word “cat.” How many words can you sound out today?

  3. Starry Sky Exploration: Just like Logan learned that the sun is a star, let’s explore the sky! Draw a picture of the sun and stars. Talk about what you see in the sky during the day and at night. Ask questions like, “Why do stars twinkle?” or “What makes the sun shine?” Share your drawings and ideas with your class.

I’m Jennifer Takvis, and I live in Waverly, Georgia. My daughter, Logan, is four years old. We started using ABCmouse about a year ago, and she instantly fell in love with it. We knew she would learn, but we didn’t expect her to learn so quickly. She learned all of her letters, both upper and lower case, and she started sounding out words. She was beginning to learn to read, and it was amazing!

ABCmouse has so many different activities. She loves the puzzles, the games, and coloring. She’s like a little sponge, soaking up all this information. One day, she said, “Mama, did you know that the sun is a star?” I was just blown away; she was so proud of herself.

ABCmouse is hands down the best program I’ve found for my daughter. It has everything you could ever want your child to use for learning, and that’s like a parent’s dream come true!
