Animal Movement Parade: Gather your friends or family and create an animal parade! Each person picks an animal from the zoo adventure and demonstrates its movement. As you move, count together from 1 to 120. Can you think of other animals and their movements to add to your parade?
Zoo Adventure Drawing: Draw a picture of your favorite animal from the zoo adventure. Show how it moves and write the numbers you counted while doing that movement. Share your drawing with a friend or family member and explain why you chose that animal and movement.
Animal Observation Walk: Go on a walk in your neighborhood or a park. Look for animals or signs of animals, like birds flying or squirrels climbing. Try to move like the animals you see and count your steps as you go. How many steps does it take to move like a bird or a squirrel?
