What’s in the Window?

Hey there, friends! Let’s go on a fun adventure together. We are going to look through some colorful windows and find out what’s inside. Are you ready? Let’s start!

The Red Window

First, let’s look at the red window. What do you think is inside? Let’s see… It’s a robot! How cool is that?

The Blue Window

Now, let’s peek into the blue window. I wonder what we’ll find. It’s a drum! You can make music with it!

The Yellow Window

Next up is the yellow window. What could it be? It’s a ball! You can play catch with it!

The Green Window

Let’s check out the green window. Do you know what’s inside? It’s a jack-in-the-box! Surprise!

The Purple Window

Now, let’s look through the purple window. What do you see? It’s a bicycle! You can ride it around the park!

The Orange Window

Finally, let’s see what’s in the orange window. What could it be? It’s a train! Choo-choo!

Thank You for Looking!

Wow, we saw so many fun things in the windows! Thank you for looking with me. Now we know what’s in each window. See you next time for more fun adventures!

  • Which window had your favorite surprise, and why did you like it the most?
  • If you could add another window with something special inside, what color would it be and what would you put inside?
  • Have you ever seen or played with any of the things we found in the windows? Can you share a story about it?
  1. Color Hunt Adventure: Go on a color hunt around your home or classroom! Find objects that match the colors of the windows we explored: red, blue, yellow, green, purple, and orange. Can you find something that is the same color as each window? Share what you find with a friend or family member and talk about what makes each object special.

  2. Create Your Own Window Story: Draw your own set of colorful windows on a piece of paper. Choose different colors and decide what fun things are behind each window. Use your imagination! Once you’re done, share your story with the class or your family. What did you put behind each window and why?

  3. Window Guessing Game: With a partner, take turns describing an object without saying its name. Use clues about its color, shape, and what it can do. The other person has to guess what the object is. For example, “I am thinking of something behind the blue window. It makes music and you can hit it with sticks.” Can you guess what it is?
