  • What was your favorite part of moving and dancing with Miss NAA? Can you show us your favorite dance move?
  • If you could pretend to be any animal while dancing, which one would you choose and why? How would that animal move?
  • Have you ever seen a rainbow? What colors did you notice, and how did it make you feel? Can you think of a way to dance like a rainbow?
  1. Rainbow Dance Adventure: Let’s go on a rainbow dance adventure! Find a space where you can move around safely. Imagine you’re under a rainbow and use your body to create different shapes and colors. Can you make a big circle with your arms for the sun? How about wiggling your fingers like raindrops? Share your favorite dance move with a friend or family member and see if they can guess what part of the rainbow you’re showing!

  2. Streamers in the Wind: Grab some colorful streamers or ribbons. Pretend you’re the wind and make your streamers dance in the air. Can you make them swirl like a tornado or float gently like a breeze? Try moving fast and slow, and notice how the streamers change. Talk about how different movements make you feel and what they remind you of in nature.

  3. Nature’s Dance Party: Go outside and find a safe spot in nature, like a garden or park. Listen to the sounds around you. Can you hear birds singing or leaves rustling? Use these sounds to inspire your dance. Pretend you’re a bird flying high or a leaf twirling to the ground. Share your dance with someone and ask them what they hear in nature that makes them want to move.
